Another Christmas, another year... :)

All of a sudden, Christmas was on top of us again - our first as Mr and Mrs Bruns!  I was so excited and of course it was even better than 2009, more laughter, more alcohol and more family!  This time, we spent time with the Bruns's and went to Lin, Andy, the girls and Grandad too!  Lovely feeling seeing 2 famillies!

It was lovely to spend lots of time with Asia too!  Just 6 weeks old by then, she was adorable.  I got lots of cuddles and practice feeding her.  Loved it and didn't want her to go home!  




We had a great Christmas, a few funny moments when people would say "Mrs Bruns" and Edna and I both answered LOL.  I loved calling Kev my husband and  being an 'in-law'.  We had so much fun!

Unfortunately , we had to leave Boxing Day afternoon as I was working the next day.  Christmas had come and gone so quickly and it was all done again!  I hated going back to work!

We saw the New Year in with our friends at Gareth's sisters house....playing games and listening to music with fireworks at midnight!

In January, Kev and I decided to treat ourselves to a day out together in London.  We enjoyed a lunch cruise along the Thames and went on the London Eye....before I then beat at Kev at Air Hockey once again! :)

That evening we went to see "Dreamboats and Petticoats" at the theatre.  What a brilliant show, we were dancing in the aisles...a fantastic day!

2011 started on a high for us, everything in our lives was perfect....apart from my job.  I hated it where I was working...and made my decision to find a new job!  I had always loved nursing so much and to be in a job I hated just wasn't me!  Leaving F6 was a big mistake and I missed surgery so much.  Little did I know that a solution was just round the corner... :D
